OPC or One Person Company can be formed with a single individual who is the owner and director of the company.There can be more than 1 director, but not more than 1 shareholder. One Person Company Registration has lower compliance as compared to a Private Limited Company and is registered as per the compliance and regulatory guidelines of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
