A Partnership firm is a business entity created by two or more individuals who have agreed to share profits or loss of the business. The firm is managed, owned and controlled by a set of people that are known as partners and have some shared capital in the firm. Business operates in accordance with the terms and objectives set out in the Partnership Deed. Here, the members are individual partners and share the liabilities as well as profits of the firm in a predetermined ratio.
